Monofloor
are floor surveying specialists and agents for the unique FloorPro floor flatness measuring robot.
Simply type in the header information following the prompts on the
LCD screen, align the laser and press the start button. The FloorPro
then rolls along under its own power at 12 metres per second and
stores the floor profile at 150 mm intervals onto its on-board memory
chip. Compliance with the following specifications can be checked
using the FloorPro:
- 3m Straightedge Deviation (BS8204 - Part2
1999)
- Concrete Society Technical Report 34 Tolerances
- Waviness Index (CAN/CSA - A23.1)
- DIN Standards 15185 and 18202
- F Numbers (ASTM E1115)
Up to 4,000 square metres per day can be surveyed, depending
on the specification.
Monofloor offer three packages to suit your varying requirements:
- Outright sale, including software. Available Worldwide. For contractors,
testing agencies and engineers who require constant checking
of floor slabs for Q.C. purposes. Training takes less than one
day.
- Rental, short or long term. Available throughout Europe. For
project managers, contractors and engineers with a requirement
for daily independent surveying of a project, but who do not want
the cost of employing a specialist surveyor on a daily basis. We
show you how to download the data and e-mail to us. We provide
reports and certify the results by return. The data cannot be tampered
with, thus the contractors site engineer can undertake the surveying.
If required, random checks can be made by Monofloor at the end
of the project for added confidence and advice provided on any
grinding needed.
- Full floor surveying service. Available throughout Europe, South
America and Asia. Where daily surveying and certification
by a specialist floor surveyor is required. Includes grinding reports
for Superflat and all other defined movement specifications. Where
requested this service can be combined with our Floor Construction
Management Service to provide specification, training, supervision
and certification.
FloorPro Gives Instant Feedback
Immediate flatness results help contractor crews produce flatter
floors. Effects of changes made in installation procedures can be
evaluated without waiting for surveyor's reports. Focus on the flatness
goal helps improve teamwork. Fast FloorPro results help avoid contract
disputes, reduce repair costs and save money.
FloorPro Software Included
Jiffy software permits downloading of the FloorPro data to lap-top
or PC. This permits saving of data to floppy disk or other removeable
storage media for future reference. Jiffy allows the computer to
display elevation profiles and the same data that is shown on the
FloorPro's LCD window. LaserFloor software analyses the downloaded
data and provides fast TR 34 Free Movement classification or DIN
18202 results as well as floor profile mapping.
FloorPro Handles All Flatness Specifications
The FloorPro is supplied with software to work with all major random
traffic specifications. Optional LaserFlat software provides checking
and grinding reports for TR 34 Defined movement and DIN 15185 specifications.
FloorPro also fully complies with the requirements of ASTM E 1155
for F-numbers and ASTM E 1486 for Waviness Index. |
